In this basement remodel, the customer wanted their unfinished basement to serve several purposes. They wanted a full bathroom, a guest bedroom, and spaced for an office space, TV/relaxation, exercise and play for their young kids. The customer also wanted the space to feel light and bright and not like a musty, dark basement.
After multiple home visits, estimates and revisions, we delivered exactly what they wanted. Some highlights include a full bathroom complete with tile floor and brand new plumbing. The team at Cramer Contracting installed a dark blue shiplap wall with fireplace, hardwood live edge ash mantle and TV. The ash hardwood continued up the stairs with an ash newel post and modern handrails. Rubber floors highlighted a workout space and strategic outlets to allow for a high-mount TV. The ceiling was painted white to inspire a light, bright atmosphere. This basement remodel was quite the project, it turned out fantastic and the customer was very happy.
