  This company is the closer. Get quotes, get prices, get timelines, but when you get serious about having the best quality work at a competitive price, get Cramer Contracting. Ian and his project manager, Derek, renovated my home with a completely new master bath, new flooring in four bedrooms and a complete drywall and ceiling replacement in one of those four bedrooms. They also added new bedroom closets, and recessed lighting throughout. The quality of the work is impeccable, the detail exacting and the customer service second-to-none. There is no detail overlooked, with inspections and customer feedback occurring every step of the way. They handle the permitting, the town or village inspections, the dumpster, everything. They have specialized equipment to mitigate dust and contain construction debris, and many years of experience using it effectively. Moreover, unlike many competitors, Ian and his team plan the job timing carefully and meticulously. Months before work even started, Ian sent me a spreadsheet that broke the project into phases and provided dates, timelines and owner action items (basically choices to make on materials like LVP, shower and sink hardware, etc.) for each phase. The time estimates were accurate, and his project manager was flexible and inventive in the ways he was able to work around the few supplier delays we encountered. When you go with Cramer Contracting, you can choose any vendors you want for sinks, shower tile, countertops, etc., but if you go with Ian’s preferred contractors, not only will you receive discounted prices on high-quality materials, but you will also be supporting local, family-owned businesses such as Roc City Granite and VHI Cabinet Specialties. I am ecstatic about the work Ian and his team did in my home, and I will be hiring Cramer Contracting again for the next phase of renovations. I would recommend them to anyone.
