Step Two - Consultation & Design
Next we set up an on-site consultation & design to finalize layouts & details.
Step Three - Proposal & Acceptance
After design decisions have been made, we exchange a proposal which outlines scope, timelines and prices. To move forward, a signed proposal & down payment are needed to book the time in our calendar.
Step Four - Work Begins
The exciting part! When it comes time for work to begin, we protect your home from dust and debris, perform a pre-work walk through and then start swinging hammers.
Step Five - Job Progression & Completion
As the job progresses communication with me and our team will be often and consistent. As it nears completion and before we wrap up, a punch list of small items that need to be addressed will be made so that you're 100% satisfied with our work.
